Goal setting is a favourite topic of mine.
Goals are powerful - internally driving us to growth, and externally showing others our own dedication and drive.
But they can also be a source of frustration for people - feeling like a 'failure' when they don't reach the goals that they've set.
Personally - the journey is the key. Hitting the goal is a bonus.
But either way - there's 1 massive challenge that everyone will hit when they sit a new goal - and it takes most people out of the game, almost before they even start.
