A good mentor of mine always says 'The yes's built my business, the no's built my character'.
And whilst no's can help us develop a thicker skin - we'd still like to hear the word yes more often than not. Without the yes's, our team isn't growing.
If our team isn't growing - it's going to be either what we're saying, how often we're saying it, or who we're saying it to.
